It has been a while since I posted status of my weighloss efforts and I’m proud to say that I haven’t given up. Today is Day #1 of my Plan B. I’m not going to post any details of what I’m doing yet, because I want to see if this is something I can commit to. All I can say is that it combines a a new weight loss/fitness program I just purchased with a few different programs that I’ve tried in the past.

I really want this to be a lifestyle change rather than a temporary diet, so I’m taking my time and making adjustments as I go. I’m going to do this for a couple of weeks. Once I see that my mind and body are cooperating with me, I’ll tell you all about it. Have a great Sunday. :)

Stumble it!

Good luck with the new program you are trying. Making it a life change will help a lot overall, from my experience. :) Of course, I’m still working on a few things of my own on myself too. :)

I too am in the process of losing weight. I have gone from size 18 to 16. I am so happy. I have found a weight loss program that works with hypothyroidism. I love to eat and I love my chocolate and my soda pops. But with this plan I have been able to stop the sodas and the need for sweets so much. If you are interested leave a comment on my site and I will get back in touch with you. Also I work at a nursing home as a nurse.
Good luck with your weight loss

I hope your weight loss program works out great for you! It definitely sounds like you’re going about it the very best of ways. Making it a lifestyle change is a surefire way to make sure that the weight, once you lose it, will stay off.
